Setbacks: Covid-19

These weeks have been hectic. With Covid, we already have limited time in college and unfortunately my mother got tested positive. Therefore, I had to start my isolating period making me miss a whole week of college.
One week is a LONG time. So I am behind. The quarantine made me feel helpless and depressed for the first week, and time was either passing by really quick or really slowly. I couldn't even do some important work for textiles as all the required equipment is in college.

After realising that nothing can be done. I decided to push through those negative feelings and do what I love the most. Drawing.
As I was stuck at home, there was little to no inspiration and my only option was the internet with secondary images. I wanted to practice my pastel drawing skills and it was a great time to develope my quality of drawing.

- I have learned that even when you have nothing to do, it's better to do something rather than nothing. And that's a great way to push through difficult times.
